Pi, pi, pi. Hooo- hoke’kyo

Daytime nightingale

MAY

Squawk, flap, flap, whir, whir 

The pheasant distracts your eye 

Not a peep from chicks

JUNE 

Kentish plover nest

Black kite kills, eats, flees crime scene 

Time to lay new eggs
