Due to time considerations, Writers in Kyoto will be hosting a Shinnenkai instead of a Bonenkai this time. Please see date and time below.

  • Place: Gnome bar, Kyoto (as usual)

Instead of the usual Words & Music format, I’d like to do the following:

  1. Published authors may bring books to put on a table to sell, and give a short talk about their publishing journey.
  2. Mini-memorial for our beloved member Ken Rodgers, passed in early November 2024. Anyone who wants to say a few words or share a memory of Ken can do so.
  3. Party!!

This is a preliminary notice, another one calling for registration, participation and food orders will be posted around mid-December. Please be thinking about whether you would like to contribute to 1 or 2 above. Thank you.
